Frippery Friday: Melted

Happy Friday dears! 

I wanted to do a quick post that I've been needing to do FOREVER because A. every girl in the world needs this stuff and B. I get asked about it all the time.

Let's talk about Too Faced Melted Liquified Long-Wear Lipstick. I love this lipstick more than I've loved any lipstick ever. It is amaaazzzzinngggggggg. Worship-worthy. The phrase "shut up and take my money" has never been more relevant.

If you can't tell from the pictures, the colors are SO VIVID! Like how do they do it?? It blows my mind!! Your lips practically glow in the dark you guys.

It has become a staple in my makeup routine and I wear it almost every day. And every time I do I get complimented by cute strangers. If that doesn't convince you, frankly I don't know what will. It's like, wear this lipstick --> make more friends --> everyone likes you --> better life. You get what I'm sayin? Nothing about this flowchart doesn't make sense. 

I love Melted Candy and Melted Violet - those are the colors you'll see below. When you get your bums over to Ulta/Sephora, try on the Melted Violet. You'll be like "WOAH GIRL" and feel like you need a unicorn to ride on STAT. Never has there been a more perfect purple lipstick I'm sure of it. 

I just......really like it.

Colours in the Sky

Guys I did a thing. I filmed & edited my very first video ever!! Am I cool yet? Ha. But srsly I'm way excited about this new "skill" that I figured out by watching tutorials and using Google a whole bunch. Which is pretty much how to learn to do anything these days right?

The video I made was of our Fourth of July evening last night. The tradition is to attend the BBQ potluck and "Cul-de-Sac of Fire" at Chris's parents house. You'll get just a taste of this magnificent event in the video.

It's not the best quality cause it was taken on my phone in the dark so I'd recommend watching it in HD on Vimeo but....enjoy :)

I hope you had an amazing Fourth. America is just magnificent.
